For over two decades, my passion has been bringing complex blueprints to life. After years of hands-on work owning a successful pool construction company in South Texas, my journey brought me to Fort Worth — where I pivoted to the part of the craft I love most: photorealistic 3D design, digital visualization, and high-tech computing.

No blueprints? No problem. I design straight from vision — sketching in 3D software the way others sketch on paper. A Google Earth footprint gets me close; a property survey makes it exact. The condo towers in my portfolio were modeled exactly that way: no plans, just a satellite footprint and a virtual walk-around in Google Earth. My rule is simple: if I can see it, I can recreate it.

I don't just make pretty pictures — I know how these structures are built. Excavation, plumbing, engineering: my permit-ready plans and 3D concepts are ones developers, architects, and builders can actually execute.

As a licensed Texas All-Lines Adjuster, I bring forensic-level precision to every dimension, shadow, and sightline — from luxury backyard renderings to courtroom-ready litigation animations and cinematic, custom-branded walkthrough films that show clients their project before a shovel hits the ground.

Behind it all is my custom-built, 5-machine AI rendering studio (224GB RAM, 84GB VRAM, dual RTX 4090s). I shape natural elements — light, water, and location — into the "wow factor" that gets designs approved and projects sold.
